Privacy & Data Protection

Privacy Policy

Dr.YUU, operated by HUANQU TECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("we", "us" or "our"), takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained and protected when you visit the Dr.YUU global gateway or make a purchase from an official regional store.

We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, keep its use limited to specific purposes, collect only what is reasonably necessary, and apply physical, technical and organisational safeguards.

01

Overview

This policy applies to the Dr.YUU global gateway and the official regional stores linked from it. Where an official regional store completes your transaction, that store and its contracted service providers may process the information needed to complete the order.

Adult-only notice
This website contains adult products and adult-oriented content. You must meet the legal adult age requirement in your location before viewing the content, entering a regional store, creating an account or placing an order.
02

Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and delivery information: your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
  • Payment information: credit or debit card details, or third-party payment account information such as PayPal. Payment information is generally encrypted and processed by the payment gateway. The Dr.YUU global gateway does not directly store your complete card number.
  • Account and service information: account details, order notes, return requests, after-sales messages and correspondence with customer service.

Information collected automatically

  • Network and device data: browser type, IP address, time zone, operating system, device type, language setting and certain cookies installed on your device.
  • Usage data: pages and products viewed, referring websites or search terms, clicks, regional-store routing and information about how you interact with the website.

We may collect device information through cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, pixels, analytics tools and similar technologies. In this policy, "personal information" covers both order information and device information.

03

How We Use Personal Information

  • Order fulfilment: process payments, arrange delivery, issue invoices or confirmations, and handle returns and after-sales service.
  • Communication and support: respond to requests, answer questions and send important service or policy notices.
  • Risk and fraud screening: monitor suspicious orders, malicious chargebacks, payment fraud, abnormal access and security risks, including signals associated with an IP address.
  • Website improvement and analytics: understand navigation, regional-store routing, page performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Marketing: send product or service marketing, or provide targeted advertising, only where you have given consent or the law otherwise permits it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
04

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

  • Service providers: ecommerce platforms, hosting providers, logistics companies such as DHL, DPD or GLS, email and customer-service tools, and other partners that help operate the store or complete delivery.
  • Payments and fraud prevention: payment gateways such as PayPal or Oceanpayment, together with specialist fraud-prevention providers, may receive limited order, device, IP and transaction-history information for automated risk assessment.
  • Analytics and advertising: services such as Google Analytics may process device and usage data to help us understand website performance.
  • Legal compliance and safety: we may disclose information where required by applicable law or regulation, a court order or a valid government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, enforce terms, investigate fraud or pursue available remedies.
05

Behavioural Advertising and Opt-Out

Where permitted and, where required, with your consent, we may use personal information to provide advertising that may be relevant to you. You can review or change your advertising preferences through the following services:

Your Privacy Rights

United Kingdom and European Economic Area (UK GDPR / GDPR)

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, update, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to be told about the lawful basis we rely on. You also have the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Important limits on deletion
We may retain information while an order or subscription remains active, while suspected fraud or misuse is under investigation, or for the minimum period required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection or other applicable law. Depending on the jurisdiction, order and transaction records are commonly retained for six to seven years. After the applicable period, information is deleted or anonymised unless you consent to further retention or a pending legal matter requires it.

Your information may be transferred outside the UK or EEA, including to Hong Kong, the United States or Canada. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer safeguards such as European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an applicable adequacy decision.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may request information about the categories of personal information collected and request deletion, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for monetary consideration.

To submit a privacy request, contact service@dryuu.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

07

Protection of Minors

This website and its services are not designed for anyone under 18, or under the higher legal age required in their jurisdiction. Minors are prohibited from accessing the website or purchasing its products.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it as soon as reasonably possible. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided personal information should contact us immediately.

08

Data Retention and Security

We retain order information while fulfilling an order and then keep the records needed to meet tax and accounting obligations for up to seven years from the end of the transaction year, unless a different period is required by applicable law. At the end of the applicable period, personal information is deleted or anonymised unless further retention is permitted or required.

We use reasonable physical, technical and organisational safeguards, including SSL-encrypted transmission, access controls and trusted service providers, to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

09

Returns and Your Right to Withdraw

Under European consumer law, where you buy as a consumer at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To exercise that right, tell us clearly by email before the period expires.

Sealed intimate products that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once opened, in line with applicable consumer law. Returns must be sent to the authorised warehouse address provided by customer service. The registered office cannot accept returned parcels.

Do Not Track and Policy Changes

Do Not Track

Because there is currently no uniform technical standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, the website may continue to collect necessary data as described in this policy. Browser cookie controls can provide similar privacy choices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy for operational, legal, regulatory, technical or industry-practice reasons. The latest date will be shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree with a revised policy, please stop using the service and contact us if you wish to close your account.
